Heartwood
Heartwood is a level II group
home that offers a structured family environment dedicated to the
advancement of our youth in school, the community and self improvement.
We dedicate our time to the personal needs of our clients by involving them in community activities, character building and taking them on daily outings.
Location: Heartwood is in Brown Summit NC and can serve consumers from across the state.
Capacity: 6 residents
Eligibility: at risk youth teenage boys from the ages of 11-17
